RequirementsThe Customer Service Advisor (“CSA”) position is generally held by a very experienced upper bay technician with management potential, and because there is a high degree of customer interaction in this position the role is considered an interim step between Lube Tech and Assistant Manager.

Generally, the CSA supports the efforts of store management and functions as Assistant Manager in his/her absence for short periods of time. Therefore, this person will occasionally supervise employees, and may also function as a “key holder” and open and/or close the store and make nightly bank deposits. This person will directly and regularly participate in customer service functions, particularly greeting customers, explaining all services and products to customer, performing service reviews, selling services, cashing out customers, and occasional open/close duties, in addition to assisting with all lube technician and courtesy technician duties described below, as needed. Cash handling and open/close positions may require special testing.
